Our Mission:
The Northeast Cultural Arts Council’s mission is
to encourage, foster, and support the growth and
development of the arts and humanities for the youth of
Houston; to identify, develop, and nurture the artistic
talents of our youth; and to provide a pathway to
further appreciation of the cultural fine arts.
